We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the item with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.

Cancellation of orders

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

Please note that your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, or goods that have been personalised unless the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to an error on the part of Lootybag.

If you wish to cancel your order, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.

To cancel your order, it is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address; telephone number, email address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund).

We will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Your refund will be processed within 1 business day after the day you return your order. Refunds may take upto 5 business days to appear in your account. If after this time you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

We will refund the credit/debit card or PayPal account of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Returning items

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods within 14 days of cancellation. To ensure the safe return of goods, please package the goods with care and we recommend that you use a signed for delivery service because a certificate of posting or proof of shipping is not sufficient if the goods are not received or lost in transit. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

Please note: we cannot offer a refund on personalised goods, unless the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to an error on the part of Lootybag
