We are currently offering FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £40. This offer applies to UK addresses only. Free delivery offer is available when the basket total reaches £40. (A quicker delivery option at the prices listed below may be selected if preferred).

UK Delivery Options

Royal Mail 1st class post £2.99 – Royal Mail aim to deliver in 1 - 2 working days. (From dispatch).

Royal Mail 2nd class post £2.60 – Royal Mail aim to deliver in 2 - 3 working days. (From dispatch).

Free Delivery (UK Only) 3 - 5 working days. (From dispatch). Royal Mail 2nd class post or My Hermes courier. Please note these deliveries are not usually tracked. A signature may be required on delivery - this will be stated in your shipping notification.

Larger parcels and orders of a high value may be sent using Royal mail 1st class or 2nd class signed for post.

Delivery time

All delivery times are from date of dispatch.  If your order is placed after 1pm your order may not be dispatched until the next working day.

Personalised items are handmade to order so please allow up to 3 working days before dispatch plus the time for your delivery choice.

Delivery can be to a work address as long as you are confident someone is available (receptionist) to receive the parcel on your behalf.  

Some areas of the UK have longer delivery times due to their relatively remote location and postal service.

Delivery times may be increased in the weeks before Christmas. Please check the home page of our website for information during this period and call us if you are concerned about delivery before a particular date. Last order dates for Christmas will appear on the home page in December.

Missing or Late Deliveries

Late Deliveries:  We pay close attention to your delivery requirements, and do all we can to meet them. Normal delivery times are stated above but delivery can take longer to remote locations and during the run up to Christmas. However, Lootybag are not liable for the late arrival of goods. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they order their goods in plenty of time for when they are needed, and select an appropriate delivery service.

Personalised goods cannot be returned for a refund unless the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to an error on the part of Lootybag.

Lost Deliveries

Goods that are sent via Royal Mail cannot be classed as lost or missing until 15 working days after the date of dispatch. In instances where goods are delayed in transit, we suggest you do the following:

- contact your local sorting office to ensure they have no parcel for you (it is often the missed delivery card that is lost, not the parcel itself).  It is also advisable to check with neighbours, and the normal "safe" areas where your postal worker would normally leave packages.

- contact us to verify that the delivery address details are correct

If the delivery address given to us was correct, and the goods have still not arrived after 15 working days, we will seek compensation from the post office and either offer a refund, or replacement goods. As part of the compensation procedure, Royal Mail will need to contact you to verify all the details of the order and your address.

Please note:  all orders are sent to the address given to us by the customer, as entered by the customer.  If you have moved recently, or are paying via Pay Pal, then please ensure your new address is registered with Pay Pal prior to placing your order, as Lootybag are not responsible for orders going astray due to being sent to a previous address.  If the delivery address given to us by the customer is incorrect, Lootybag are not liable for any losses.

Redeliveries

If delivery has been attempted by Royal Mail and subsequently returned to us, then we will resend the order if the customer wishes.  However, as all deliveries are subsidised by Lootybag, the customer may incur a surcharge for redelivery.
